This is a working archive, not a publication. Writing is how I find out what I actually believe, so I do it in public, with the sources attached.
Long arguments become Thoughts. Patterns I'm tracking in the world become Observations. What operating teaches me becomes Lessons. And everything worth checking lives in the Library.
What I'm building
My operating work is in AI, business software, global payroll, customer support, and finance infrastructure — the unglamorous systems other companies run on. The writing here is downstream of that work: most of these notes began as a problem on my desk, not a topic I chose.
